Membership Application / Renewal

$10.00 (one rate – covers both single and family)

Note: If you already have a membership, you still have to fill out this form to obtain online access.
An e-mail reply will be sent to you with a temporary password which can be changed the first time you log in.

  • The membership period is January 1st – December 31st
  • Cheques should be made payable to Tavistock & District Historical Society Inc.
  • Payment can be sent by mail or dropped off at the museum at 37 Maria Street.


Tavistock & District Historical Society is a charitable organization. Monetary donations of $10.00 or more will, at the donor’s request, generate a receipt for income tax purposes.
