This mill at 45 Maria Street was managed by Adam E. Ratz and replaced a previous mill (LSC #5035) which burned in 1893, and this mill was practically destroyed by fire in 1922. (LSC #1339-1341) In 1923, it was purchased by Henry Faber and Associates of Wellesley. It was rebuilt and started operations January 21, 1925. (LSC#9018)
